About the Programme
The :DynamX Trainee Programme is more than just a graduate scheme; it’s a launchpad for future leaders. Over 24 months, you’ll embark on a dynamic journey that combines hands-on experience, professional development, and cross-functional exposure within our fast-paced corporate environment.

- Rotational Learning Experience: Four 6-month rotations across different teams within your business area, providing comprehensive exposure to various functions and building versatile skills
- The 70-20-10 Development Model: Learn 70% through challenging real-world projects, 20% from mentorship and developmental relationships, and 10% through formal training and coursework
- Performance-Based Progression: Robust evaluations at each phase ensure you’re continuously growing and developing

Your Role & Impact
As a :DynamX Trainee, you’ll be an integral part of our team from day one. You’ll tackle meaningful projects, contribute innovative solutions, and help drive SAB’s mission to create a future with more cheers. Who We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Psychology, HR, or related fields
- No more than 2 years of full-time formal work experience by programme start date (internships and vacation work excluded)
- South African citizenship with legal work authorization
- Willingness to relocate within South Africa
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
