We’re seeking a skilled Technician to join our Maintenance & Operating Unit in Hibberdene. Your Role: Key Responsibilities

• Maintain & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on control plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose & Troubleshoot: Investigate electrical faults, implement solutions, and restore operations efficiently.
• Install & Commission: Support the installation and commissioning of new control plant systems, adhering to technical standards.
• Safety First: Strictly comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) protocols to protect people, assets, and the environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: National N Diploma/National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (NQF6, 240 credits).
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on technical experience, including P1/P2 training.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Proficiency in control plant technologies, LVOR, and ORHVS standards.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license and computer literacy (MS Office, maintenance software).
• Authorization for Outcome 3 and LVOR compliance.
