About the Programme
The EIT Programme is a structured development initiative that takes graduate engineers from the classroom into the field. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals on live projects, gaining hands-on technical experience while building the practical competencies required for professional registration.
Site visits will primarily take place across Mpumalanga and Gauteng Provinces, giving EITs direct exposure to some of South Africa’s most significant industrial and infrastructure environments.

- Structural Engineering (B.Eng. or B.Sc.)

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the EIT Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A completed B.Eng. or B.Sc. degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, or Chemical Engineering
- Strong academic record (all results will be considered during shortlisting)
- A valid driver’s licence is advantageous, as site visits form part of the programme
