We are offering two positions for candidates eager to gain practical, hands-on experience and kickstart their careers in mechanical engineering.

About the Role

This opportunity is ideal for graduates looking to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry practice. As an Engineer in Training, you will collaborate closely with skilled Artisans and Engineers on key tasks such as:

Maintenance execution
Problem-solving and root cause analysis
Developing and implementing maintenance strategies
Process improvement initiatives
Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality (SHERQ) compliance

Through exposure to real-time engineering processes, you’ll build the technical and interpersonal skills needed for long-term success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 with English and Mathematics
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or industrial training advantageous)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
