We are now inviting applications for our Engineer-in-Training Programme, which is designed to develop the next generation of technical professionals across several engineering disciplines.

This opportunity is open to final-year students and recent graduates who are ready to begin a rewarding journey in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. As a Mechanical Engineer in Training, you will be placed in a structured development programme tailored to accelerate your technical knowledge, leadership skills, and business understanding within our Technical department.

The programme will expose you to various facets of our operations while giving you access to mentorship, hands-on experience, and training interventions designed to ensure long-term career success within the industry. You will be challenged, supported, and empowered to grow in a culture that values curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering
• NQF Level 8 qualification or higher
• Minimum academic average of 60%
• Must have completed the degree within five years
• Final-year students awaiting 2024 results may apply, provided they meet the criteria
