Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from candidates with the following qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

• Grade 12 with English, Mathematics, and Physical Science, OR
• Technical Grade 12, OR
• Grade 10 and Full N2 qualification (four subjects with relevant engineering subjects including trade theory and mathematics – Millwrights must possess both fitting and electrical trade theory), OR
• National Certificate Vocational Level 3 (NCV 3) completed with Mathematics and relevant subjects

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills and Attributes:

• Strong aptitude for technical and mechanical work
• Willingness to undergo aptitude testing and psychometric assessments
• Readiness to participate in comprehensive interview processes
• Medical fitness suitable for underground mining operations
