We are looking for talented graduates in Electrical and Information Engineering to join our Graduate Development Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for young engineers who want to take their career to the next level and become the future leaders of the engineering industry.

What We Offer:
The Graduate Development Programme is a 24-month rotational programme that provides hands-on experience across various Air Products facilities in Kempton Park and Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng. Throughout the programme, you’ll work on challenging projects that will test your skills and provide the opportunity to make a real impact. You will also benefit from personalized mentorship and specialized training designed to help you develop into a well-rounded engineering professional.

Key Programme Features:

• Duration: 24 months
• Location: Gauteng (with rotation across our Kempton Park and Vanderbijlpark facilities)
• Start Date: March 2025

What We Are Looking For:
To be eligible for this programme, you need to meet the following criteria:

• South African Citizen
• A minimum aggregate pass rate of 55% in your academic studies
• A strong interest in the gas and manufacturing industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and a strong collaborator
• You must not currently be enrolled in any other learnership or graduate programme, as this is a full-time opportunity
