We are inviting driven and talented graduates to apply for our Engineering Graduate Development Programme, based at our Vanderbijlpark site in Gauteng. This two-year rotational programme is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience to build a solid foundation for a successful engineering career.
About the Programme
Our Engineering Graduate Development Programme offers a structured learning experience that blends technical training, hands-on projects, and professional mentorship. You’ll be exposed to various aspects of our operations, helping you gain a holistic understanding of our business, from plant operations to technical design and maintenance.
As a graduate in this programme, you will:
- Work alongside experienced engineers and industry experts
- Participate in real-world projects that make a difference
- Rotate through key engineering and operational departments
- Receive mentorship and guidance tailored to your career goals
- Develop technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering graduates who are ready to embrace new challenges and eager to learn. If you meet the criteria below, we encourage you to apply:
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizenship
- Valid driver’s license
- Mechanical Engineering qualification with at least 50% average
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Not currently enrolled in any other graduate or learnership programme
- Willingness to relocate to Vanderbijlpark
- Passion for engineering and interest in the gas/manufacturing sector
- Practical, hands-on approach and a collaborative mindset
