We are looking for a passionate and driven Chemical Engineering graduate who is eager to gain valuable workplace experience and practical exposure in a professional and structured environment. This graduate position is designed to support your transition from academic life into the corporate world, equipping you with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the engineering industry.

Minimum Requirements

• No prior work experience required
• A valid South African Identity Document (SA Citizen)
• Completed National Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Chemical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training programme to develop technical and soft skills
• Gain on-the-job experience through rotation in key operational areas
• Assist with real-time tasks and projects within the Training Department
• Learn to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations in the workplace
• Understand and comply with company procedures and health and safety policies
