Hesto Harnesses is inviting applications for its Engineering Graduate Programme, a structured 18-month training programme designed to provide recent graduates with practical experience in a manufacturing environment. This programme aims to develop skilled professionals by offering hands-on exposure to various engineering disciplines within the company.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12/NQF Level 4 (Essential)
• B-Tech/Advanced Diploma/BSc/B.Eng in the following fields:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
• An average academic score of 60% and above (Essential)
• Internal candidates must have a satisfactory performance and attendance record over the last 12 months

Programme Overview & Responsibilities:

The Hesto Harnesses Graduate Programme is structured to equip graduates with the necessary skills and experience to succeed in the automotive manufacturing sector. Participants will:

• Follow a structured training programme

• Provide technical support for daily plant operations
