The Engineering Intern will play an integral role within the Sales and Engineering team, supporting both internal and external stakeholders in a variety of technical and project-related tasks. Key responsibilities will include managing inquiries received through the engineering support platform, proactively identifying and tracking project leads via internal project platforms, and ensuring accurate loading of these leads into the company’s CRM system.
The role also involves preparing quotations and generating reports for Hilti’s Profis Engineering software, providing customer support for software-related queries, and offering design support to the engineering team on anchor designs, fire protection, and post-installed rebar queries. In addition, the intern will be responsible for project data quality, construction project reporting, and tracking, all of which contribute to strengthening Hilti’s position as a trusted partner in the construction sector.

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, or construction management, and possess at least one year of postgraduate experience in the construction industry, gained either in a design office or on construction projects. Applicants should demonstrate a sound understanding of the construction industry, including design and construction processes and the technical disciplines relevant to Hilti applications and products. Strong analytical abilities are required to interpret construction trends and provide valuable guidance to both engineering and sales teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, alongside a proven ability to work independently and within a team.
