Minimum Qualification
A three-year tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) in one of the following engineering disciplines:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering

Key Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical and analytical support to the Engineering and Production teams. The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing projects, investigations, and process improvements. Responsibilities include:

• Providing production support by reviewing technical drawings, identifying potential issues, and assisting with root cause analysis.
• Supporting investigations related to safety, quality, and productivity using structured problem-solving tools such as Ishikawa diagrams, fault tree analysis, and data analysis in Excel.
• Assisting with Oracle MRP implementation by identifying system issues, uploading data, and managing documentation revisions.
• Creating and updating engineering documentation, including maintenance manuals and process records.
• Supporting initiatives to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and production reliability.
• Participating in cross-functional team activities and providing administrative support for engineering change tracking.
• Performing ad hoc duties as required, including offsite support and local travel when necessary.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in manufacturing, industrial systems, and process improvement.
• Understanding of operational functions and interdepartmental dependencies.
