The Opportunity

Our Engineering Trainee Programme is designed to transform talented graduates into skilled professionals ready to take on real responsibility from day one. This intensive 18-month structured programme combines hands-on experience with comprehensive technical training, immersing you in our company culture while developing the skills you need to excel.
What You’ll Do
This isn’t a typical graduate programme – it’s a dynamic, hands-on learning experience where you’ll:
- Gain comprehensive understanding of equipment theory, principles, and operations across multiple departments through self-study and practical application
- Participate in high-priority brewery projects aligned with your development needs
- Apply Value Process Optimization (VPO) principles to drive operational excellence
- Diagnose systemic and situational problems, developing your troubleshooting expertise
- Engage in team structures and leadership opportunities, including acting roles in identified positions
- Communicate learnings and innovative solutions across all levels of the business
- Build your professional network while contributing to meaningful projects that impact our operations
Who We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications (one of the following):
- BSc, BEng, or BTech in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Energy, or Mechatronics Engineering
- BSc in Chemical Engineering
- BSc/BTech in Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Biology
