About This Opportunity

Eskom Generation division invites applications from ambitious engineering graduates to join our prestigious Engineers in Training programme at Lethabo Power Station. We are seeking 10 talented individuals to embark on a transformative career journey within one of South Africa’s leading power generation facilities.

This position, graded at L07, offers newly qualified engineers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. As part of our Engineering department, you will receive comprehensive institutionalized and on-the-job training designed to develop your technical expertise and professional competencies in the electricity, energy, and water supply sector.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Fully completed Engineering Degree: B.Eng or BSc Eng in one of the following disciplines:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
• Electrical Engineering (Light Current)
• Electronics Engineering
• South African citizenship (mandatory requirement)
