The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ESG Graduate Analyst to join our Investment Team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about sustainability, financial markets, and responsible investing. You will play an active role in embedding ESG analysis into our equity research process and contribute meaningfully to investment decisions from day one.

This role offers a structured career path: ESG Graduate Analyst → ESG Junior Analyst → ESG Analyst.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will analyse ESG data and reports to assess company performance against sustainability benchmarks. You will support the team in benchmarking companies on ESG criteria and assist in preparing client-facing and regulatory ESG reports. You will also play a supporting role in proxy voting processes and company engagement activities, gaining invaluable exposure to how responsible investment is practiced at an institutional level.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field. You should have a foundational understanding of financial markets and ESG frameworks such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD. We are looking for someone who is intellectually curious, analytically strong, and eager to learn in a fast-paced investment environment.

Key Competencies

You will need strong analytical and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team. Being detail-oriented and proactive are non-negotiable qualities for success in this role.
