Eskom is offering an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join its Graduate in Training Programme in the GEMMA Cluster, based in the Northern Cape. This programme is aimed at developing young professionals who are passionate, self-driven, and committed to building a career within the energy and utility sector.

This intake seeks to appoint 29 graduates across various departments within Distribution. The successful applicants will be exposed to technical and professional training in a structured environment and gain hands-on experience to enhance their skills and career prospects.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have successfully completed a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines:

• BSc Land Surveying
• BSc Geomatics
• BSc Quantity Surveying
• B Degree / BSc Town and Regional Planning
• B Degree in Built Environment
• BSc / BComm IT or Information Systems
• BComm / Accounting / Finance / Statistics / Management Accounting
• BComm Economics
• BComm Marketing Management
• B Degree / BComm Business Management
• B Degree Supply Chain Management
• B Degree Business Administration
• B Degree in Property Management / Building Science / Real Estate
• B Degree / BSc Environmental / Management Science
• B Degree / BComm Transport & Logistics / Fleet Management
• BTech Transportation Management / Logistics
• B Degree / BComm / BA Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
• B Degree / BSc Construction Management, Project Management, or Contracts Management
