About the Role

As a Managed Services Engineer Graduate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers worldwide. You will work closely with clients to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing optimization of our products. The role will require working within a shift pattern to accommodate customers across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support and consultation to customers using Mimecast products.
  • Assist customers with implementing and optimizing DMARC Analyser, Awareness Training, and other cybersecurity solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and technical challenges effectively, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Monitor customer DMARC/AT environments and deliver detailed reports.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers with product-related queries.
  • Engage with internal cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
  • Conduct investigations and prepare reports on technical issues.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and internal IT equipment management.
  • Participate in project-related tasks as assigned.
  • Work in a shift rotation (08:30 AM – 5:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) to support global customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of internet fundamentals, DNS, networking protocols, routing, firewalls, and email delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • A detail-oriented individual with a passion for troubleshooting and customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Previous experience working with global customers is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC is a plus.
