Job Overview:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12) and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum Experience:

• Prior exposure to maintenance operations or a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Undergo structured training to develop and gain experience in maintenance industry operations.
• Complete projects, studies, and simulations to support technical operations.

Minimum Critical Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interact with people and employees at all levels.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Technical capability, initiative, and willingness to learn.
