Your Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical service and support to our valued customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include on-site visits, repairs, tool calibrations, and providing technical advice. Working closely with our Service team, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of industrial power tooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and field service support on industrial power tools (electronic, pneumatic handheld, and fixtured tools).
• Provide technical assistance during breakdowns via phone and on-site.
• Conduct regular customer visits to offer support, guidance, and technical solutions.
• Plan and manage the installation of equipment at customer premises.
• Carry out calibrations and preventative maintenance tasks following ISO procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities and complete documentation correctly.
• Provide written reports on repairs and technical incidents.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customers to address technical issues and deliver value-added solutions.

What We Expect from You:

• A diploma/degree or certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A motivated self-starter who is organized and solution-oriented.
• Flexibility to respond to customer demands, including early starts, late finishes, and emergency call-outs.
• A valid, clean driving license.
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
