Field Service Engineer Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining advanced healthcare technology. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support customers by diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform faultfinding and planned maintenance on system equipment.
• Assist Field Service Engineers in on-site technical tasks.
• Provide limited technical support to customers regarding system operations and maintenance.
• Act as a secondary contact for technical and service-related concerns.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures.
• Work autonomously within set procedures, methods, and techniques.

Who You Are

• A recent graduate (2023-2025) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering: Light Current, Computer Systems, or Biomedical Engineering.
• A South African citizen with a minimum of 60% in your qualification.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about technology, problem-solving, and working in a customer-focused environment.
