About the Role

As a Finance Intern, you will support the Financial Controller and the broader Health Systems team in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and performance analysis. Your work will contribute to maintaining the financial health of the business while enabling strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other key stakeholders. This role provides exposure to a fast-paced, multinational environment where innovation and accountability drive impact.

This is a full-time, office-based position located in Johannesburg, requiring in-person collaboration at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting and monthly performance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Contribute to compliance, governance, and internal control activities
• Assist in financial data preparation and presentation for stakeholders
• Work closely with the Financial Controller on business insights and reporting improvements
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Health Systems finance team

Minimum Requirements

Education:
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum academic average of 60%
• All modules/credits must be completed

Experience:
• Academic exposure or prior internship experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
