About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Global Supply Chain Learner to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in delivering critical management information that drives our supply chain excellence.
As a GSC Learner, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations, generating and managing essential reports covering health, safety, quality performance, and data entry activities. What You’ll Do
Quality Performance Management
You’ll track supplier quality performance, recording non-conformities in our regional supplier complaints registry system and monitoring third-party manufacturer performance. Your attention to detail will ensure our quality standards remain uncompromised across all operations.
Product Change Coordination
Take ownership of coordinating product changes within the supply chain, including managing the F2103 process for New Product Introduction (NPI). You’ll engage directly with third-party manufacturers and maintain our global database with accurate, up-to-date information.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Working closely with Blendcor Joint Venture, UnicoTec, technology teams, procurement, and manufacturing departments, you’ll ensure seamless communication and support manufacturing management in meeting service level agreements.
Customer Complaint Management
Handle customer samples, distribute them to relevant manufacturers, track Root Cause Analysis progress, and collate data for comprehensive reporting. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting
Coordinate the Inter-laboratory Correlation Programme testing, track audit findings with third-party suppliers, and generate periodic quality performance reports that inform strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is crucial. You should be comfortable working with data, generating reports, and managing information systems.
Personal Attributes
We value candidates who demonstrate excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of building relationships quickly across diverse teams.
