WSP is seeking ambitious Graduate Civil Engineers to join our dynamic Highways and Rail team. What You’ll Do

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you’ll dive into diverse, challenging projects that shape how people move across our cities and regions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to multidisciplinary transport infrastructure designs
  • Applying modern BIM workflows using industry-leading software including Revit and Civil 3D
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet ISO-certified quality standards
  • Participating in project meetings and providing technical input during design reviews
  • Supporting site progress monitoring and project coordination
