AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. Fund Administration / Operations (x13 Positions)
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology
Role Focus: Working with fund administration processes, member services, contributions, benefits processing, and operational compliance within the retirement fund environment.
2. Risk, Legal & Compliance (x1 Position)
Required Qualifications:
- LLB Degree or BCom Law
Role Focus: Supporting legal compliance, risk management frameworks, regulatory adherence, and governance within the financial services regulatory landscape.
3. Product Solutions / Marketing (x1 Position)
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field
Role Focus: Developing product knowledge, supporting marketing initiatives, client communications, and promoting MIFA’s retirement fund administration services.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for this programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizen
- Diploma or Degree in a related field
- Recently graduated (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Under the age of 35
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
