What You’ll Do
As a Graduate Engineer in our Technical Sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales Representatives by providing expert technical guidance and solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the selection and specification of pumps tailored to customer needs
- Compiling detailed technical reports and solution proposals
- Providing first-line technical support and consulting for pump applications
- Guiding customers toward the most suitable products based on their requirements
- Offering on-site assistance with product installations
- Conducting system analysis and fault finding, followed by root cause reports and recommended solutions
- Supporting Sales Representatives in client presentations and solution delivery
- Upholding our Customer Support quality assurance standards consistently
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who are not only technically proficient but also enthusiastic about customer interaction and fieldwork. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong mechanical or process engineering aptitude
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a sense of ownership over technical responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Eng or BSc.Eng in Mechanical or Process Engineering
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience (pump-related experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel and live out for 3–4 days per week (company transport provided)
