🔧 Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering projects.
  • Interpret technical drawings, models, and specifications to solve practical challenges.
  • Assist in the design, testing, and optimisation of systems, processes, and components.
  • Conduct engineering analyses, collect data, and prepare technical reports.
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across design, manufacturing, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Document project progress and training milestones.
  • Participate actively in mentorship sessions and rotational assignments.

Requirements
We are seeking ambitious graduates who meet the following criteria:

  • Citizenship: South African citizens aged 18–35.
  • Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (BEng/BSc Eng) in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Control & Instrumentation Engineering. A master’s degree will be an advantage.
  • Academic Record: Strong performance in core engineering subjects.
  • Experience: No prior full-time work experience required. Vacation work, internships, or research projects are welcomed.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literacy and familiarity with engineering/design software (CAD, simulation, modelling tools).
  • Core Competencies: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Team player, adaptable, curious, with leadership potential and a commitment to continuous learning.
