About the Programme

Our Graduate in Training Programme offers selected candidates a 12-month immersive experience within a dynamic engineering and projects environment at our facility in Mossel Bay. This is not just a learnership — it is a launchpad.

Through structured workplace exposure, hands-on technical involvement, and skills development initiatives, GIT participants gain the practical foundation needed to thrive in a competitive engineering landscape. Working alongside experienced professionals in a world-class petrochemical environment, you will bridge the gap between your qualifications and the demands of industry.

We are recruiting graduates across the following disciplines:

• X4 Mechanical Engineering (BSc / B Eng / B Tech)
• X1 Control Systems (BSc / B Eng / B Tech)
• X1 Electronics (BSc / B Eng / B Tech)
• X1 Industrial Engineering (BSc / B Eng / B Tech)
• X1 Metallurgical Engineering / Metallurgy (N Diploma / B Tech / BSc)
• X1 Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) (N Diploma / B Tech)

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who are driven, adaptable, and eager to grow. To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a relevant N Diploma, B Tech, BSc, or B Eng in the applicable engineering discipline
• Be a South African citizen
• Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in or planning to study in 2026
• Have no prior employment experience in the field
• Have never participated in a previous graduate internship programme
• Be physically fit — successful candidates will undergo medical screening and vetting/security clearance
