What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support Excellence: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across our organization, developing essential problem-solving skills
• Cloud Infrastructure: Support deployment and maintenance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure, gaining experience with modern scalable solutions
• Cybersecurity Focus: Participate in vulnerability assessments and incident response, contributing to our robust security posture
• Data-Driven Insights: Work with analytics tools including Power BI, Python, and SQL to generate actionable business intelligence
• Documentation & Process Improvement: Create comprehensive IT documentation, configurations, and user guides that enhance operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required)
• Postgraduate qualification in relevant discipline (preferred)

Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Adaptability to new technologies and environments
• AI literacy including responsible prompting, tool evaluation, and bias awareness
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code development platforms
