✅ Minimum Requirements:

• National Diploma in IT or related field from a registered Public HET institution
• Solid understanding of Windows 10 OS
• Experience with configuration and basic troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams
• A+ and N+ certifications (completed or in progress are beneficial)
• Knowledge of IT hardware: computers, laptops, tablets, and peripherals
• Familiarity with Wi-Fi and internet technologies
• Any previous IT end-user support experience is an added advantage
• Willingness to work extra hours when needed
• Must be immediately available
