Minimum Requirements:

• A completed National Diploma from a registered public Higher Education and Training (HET) institution (proof required)
• Good understanding of the Windows 10 operating system
• Basic troubleshooting and configuration skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Teams
• A+ and N+ certifications (completed or currently in progress)
• General understanding of laptops, desktops, tablets, and peripherals
• Knowledge of internet and Wi-Fi technologies
• Previous experience in IT end-user support will be advantageous
• Must be available to work extra hours when necessary
• Must be immediately available to start
