TFG Infotec is seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our Customer, Platform & Insights (CPI) Testing team as IT Software Test Analysts. This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates with a background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology to launch their careers in software testing and automation. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of test analysts, test automation specialists, and developers to create and maintain automated test packs for various systems.

As a graduate IT Software Test Analyst, you will receive comprehensive training in software testing and be exposed to a range of technologies and methodologies. You will have the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world technical issues, gaining hands-on experience in testing and automation practices. Your role will contribute to the Continuous Integration and DevOps strategy within the organization, offering exposure to modern software development practices and Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP Programming, and SAFe.

The program aims to develop your technical skills in programming, software testing fundamentals, and advanced technical testing. You will be encouraged to develop a keen interest in database management systems, programming, and API integration. While no specific programming language is required, familiarity with Java, C/C++, or Python syntax is beneficial. A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis, will be an advantage.

Time management, adaptability, and the ability to switch between multiple roles within the organization are essential. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be required to articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
