What You’ll Do
As part of our 12-month graduate programme, you’ll receive comprehensive training while supporting clients who rely on our cutting-edge trading and market data services. You’ll learn to troubleshoot technical issues, manage client relationships, and collaborate with teams across the business to deliver exceptional service.
Your journey will include:
- Providing first-line technical support to clients, resolving queries and product-related challenges
- Learning our trading and market data platforms through hands-on training and mentorship
- Managing support tickets, documenting issues, and ensuring timely resolution
- Participating in root cause analysis and working alongside senior team members on complex problems
- Contributing to support documentation, FAQs, and process improvements
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to enhance client experiences

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, Investment, or related field
- South African citizen aged 18-25 from a previously disadvantaged demographic group
- No prior work experience required
- Strong problem-solving mindset and genuine passion for technology
