Bidvest Tank Terminals (BTT) is one of South Africa’s leading bulk liquid storage and terminal operations companies, and we are proud to announce multiple Graduate Programme opportunities across three of our KwaZulu-Natal operations. If you are a recently qualified graduate looking to launch your career in a dynamic, fast-paced industrial environment, this is your opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on work experience under the guidance of industry professionals.
We are recruiting graduates across our Umhlanga Head Office, Durban, and Richards Bay sites — offering 12 positions in total across a broad range of disciplines.
About the Programme
BTT’s Graduate Programme is an 18-month structured development initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic qualification and professional practice. As a graduate recruit, you will rotate through various departments within the business, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how a world-class terminal operation functions from the inside. You will be mentored by experienced managers, exposed to real operational challenges, and equipped with the practical skills needed to thrive in the workplace.
This is not a passive observational role. From day one, you will be actively involved in departmental activities, contributing to projects and building competencies that will define the foundation of your career.
