Alexander Forbes is offering an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join our Human Capital & Transformation division as a Graduate Developer in the Power Platform space. This programme is part of our Delivery Management area and is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and eager to build a successful career in Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform development.

Purpose of the Programme:
This graduate role is designed to develop the next generation of D365 and Power Platform professionals. As part of the programme, you will receive structured training, hands-on experience, and mentoring from industry experts to help you grow into a confident and competent developer. The programme will focus on core areas of development, collaboration, problem-solving, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
You will take part in training and self-learning to build your knowledge of D365 and Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Under the guidance of experienced developers, you will support the development of simple applications and workflows, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. You will also help document development processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the creation of user guides and support content. Collaborating closely with team members, you will attend project meetings, provide input during discussions, and ensure that assigned tasks are completed on time and to standard. A strong focus will be placed on continuous learning and professional development throughout the programme.

Minimum Requirements:
