About the Programme

LIT South Africa is proud to announce an exciting opportunity for newly qualified graduates to launch their careers in Electrical Engineering. This structured Graduate Programme, supported by MICT SETA (The Media, Information and Communication Technologies Sector Education and Training Authority), offers a comprehensive 12-month learning experience designed to bridge the gap between academic qualification and professional excellence.

Who Should Apply?

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Matric Certificate
• Completed NQF Level 5 or 6 qualification in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution of higher learning
• South African Citizenship with a valid ID Book or Card

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Computer literacy with a solid understanding of technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Important Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who have previously completed an internship programme are not eligible
• Candidates with more than two years of work experience will not qualify
• This programme is specifically designed for recent graduates entering the workforce
