Duties & Responsibilities
Measure, record and analyse production related KPIs. Ensure adherence to standardised work procedures. Investigate and resolve manufacturing related problems and sub-standard performance. Control and monitor the Kanban system. Conduct capacity planning and calculation to determine overtime and planned stop requirements. Maintain manufacturing and production efficiencies and ensure optimal use of resources. Monitor achievement of daily production targets, analyse daily variances and identify improvement opportunities. Balance production lines, conduct time studies and develop standard times for all processes. Schedule project activities, ensure on-time completion of planned project deliverables, and support timeous implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
3. Finance Graduate

Duties & Responsibilities
Comply with internal controls. Assist with preparing ledger balances and an initial trial balance including all reconciliations, balance sheet accounts and supporting documentation. Assist with checking and processing cheque requisitions, updating and maintaining the cash book including bank reconciliations, and processing import stock payments for Goods in Transit. Assist with preparing credit applications, reconciling creditors balances to statements, preparing and submitting creditors payments, maintaining creditors master files, and forwarding remittance advice to suppliers.
4. Supply Chain / Logistics Graduate
Feltex (Pty) Ltd is seeking to employ a graduate in our supply chain team, where you will get hands-on experience in outbound logistics — all while helping deliver components to leading car brands.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 and a National Diploma in Logistics Management or Supply Chain.
Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and verify customer demand weekly and understand changes from previous releases. Plan raw material and component requirements based on demand, track shipments to ensure on-time ETAs, and assist with supplier scorecards. Coordinate and monitor the receiving of goods and raw materials into fixed stock locations and dispatch of finished goods. Ensure correct stock handling and coordinate issuing based on stores requisitions. Assist with processing of rejects on the system and production planning and data control. Co-ordinate stock counts based on stock take procedures, check stock condition, and investigate variances. Ensure maintenance of required finished goods stock levels and follow up on outstanding PODs.
5. HR Graduate

Minimum Requirements
Completed B-Degree or equivalent in HR, IO Psychology or Labour Relations. Strong academic performance, superior English communication skills, and full MS Office proficiency are required. Exposure to Scubed, Sage or Neptune, own reliable transport, honours, leadership roles on campus and strong academic performance are advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
Capture and validate monthly payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, changes, overtime and leave. Print and distribute payslips for wages employees. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in compliance with POPIA. Support recruitment through adverts, screening, scheduling and references. Coordinate onboarding, inductions and exits. Assist with employee relations administration including minutes, schedules, documentation and DRC preparations. Compile HR reports and support audits and compliance. Assist with learning and development administration, training coordination, and event planning including wellness days and engagements.
6. Marketing Graduate – Maxe (Pinetown)

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design elements for OE, AM and Truck. Edit, deep etch and retouch images as needed. Develop visually appealing designs for marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, point-of-sale material, signage and expo stands. Create brand assets such as logos, decals, business cards and corporate stationery. Record, edit and enhance images and videos for digital use. Create and monitor campaigns and develop trackers in line with business requirements. Prepare export documentation including SADC certificates, commercial invoices, packing lists and tax invoices. Liaise with logistics providers, manage customs processes, track shipments and resolve logistical issues. Communicate with customers, sales and operations teams to support sales and manage queries. Identify and monitor potential risks and ensure expenditures remain within approved limits.
