The Programme

This comprehensive 24-month structured programme is designed specifically for qualified Engineers (BScEng, BEng) specializing in:

• Mechanical Engineering (New Germany site only)
• Electronics Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Radio Frequency or Microwave Engineering
• Industrial Engineering (New Germany site only)

Our programme transforms talented graduates into industry leaders by providing hands-on experience with state-of-the-art technology across four specialized divisions: Vehicle Radio Systems, Soldier Radio Systems, Maritime Radio Systems, and Airborne Radio Systems.

Essential Requirements

We seek candidates who demonstrate academic excellence with a minimum 65% academic record, possess South African citizenship, and have obtained their Matric Certificate. Applicants must have graduated recently or be in their final year of study in 2025, with degree completion required before the 14 February 2026 commencement date.

Beyond technical qualifications, we value team players who exhibit strong analytical skills and innovative thinking capabilities. The selection process includes psychometric assessments to ensure the best possible match between candidate potential and programme requirements.
