About the Programme

The H&I Construction Graduate Programme provides graduates with hands-on experience, professional training, and mentorship from experienced industry professionals. Graduates will be exposed to real-world construction projects, learning the practical application of engineering principles while developing essential project management and technical skills.

The programme aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace practice, giving participants the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Graduates will be assigned to active project sites and will work closely with multidisciplinary teams involved in design, implementation, and management of infrastructure projects across South Africa.

Eligibility Criteria

Students who will be completing their qualification at the end of 2025 are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Be a South African citizen
• Be in the process of completing an Advanced Diploma, BEngTech, BEng, or BSc in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Land Surveying by the end of 2025
• Be under the age of 25
• Hold a valid driver’s license
