he Human Resources Internship at Netcare The Bay Hospital in Richards Bay is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR administrative functions. As an intern, you will assist with tasks such as compliance with CSA legislation, leave management, processing payments for casual staff, maintaining accurate filing systems, overseeing medical aid, and supporting employee wellbeing initiatives. Additionally, you will ensure precision in data input for the centralized payroll function and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with human resources administrative tasks, including CSA compliance, leave management, and casual staff payments.

Ensure accuracy in payroll data input.

Maintain organized filing systems for HR records.

Support the administration of medical aid and employee wellbeing programs.

Interact professionally with hospital staff, management, external agencies, and the public to provide necessary HR support.

Work efficiently within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Inherent Requirements:

A completed National Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field, or an equivalent NQF level 7 qualification.

This is an entry-level internship; no prior work experience is required. A structured learning program will be provided by the organization.
