This exciting internship position offers you the chance to work directly with our Operations team, gaining invaluable experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and asset management. You’ll be immersed in real-world manufacturing challenges while contributing meaningfully to our operational excellence initiatives.

What You’ll Do

As our Industrial Engineer Intern, you’ll collaborate closely with seasoned professionals while taking on meaningful responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Work alongside the Operations Manager to enhance machine performance and identify efficiency improvements
• Cost Management: Proactively identify and develop cost-saving opportunities across our manufacturing processes
• Continuous Improvement: Partner with production teams to implement innovative solutions that drive operational excellence
• Asset Management: Support strategic asset management initiatives and contribute to maintenance planning and scheduling
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams including Operations, Production, and Maintenance departments
• Administrative Support: Provide essential support to Operations and Production Managers while gaining exposure to various business functions

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• BSc Industrial Engineering degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
