🌟 What You’ll Do

As a Business Optimisation Graduate, you’ll play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and operational enhancements across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the documentation, analysis, and improvement of business processes
• Participating in project delivery by executing assigned tasks and contributing to team success
• Conducting as-is and to-be process analysis for optimisation initiatives
• Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to support project rollouts
• Learning to map both simple and complex processes using BPMN 2.0 notation
• Maintaining project documentation and updating records on management portals
• Tracking project progress using central project management tools, including task updates and blockers
• Engaging with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide progress updates
• Gaining exposure to industry-relevant software and tools to build technical competence

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
• B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering (Essential)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
