About the Opportunity
Are you a finance graduate looking to launch your career in budget management and financial administration? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic finance team as an Administrator Intern specializing in Budgeting. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial management, budget tracking, and strategic reporting within a fast-paced commercial environment.
As a Budget Administrator Intern, you’ll work closely with our senior budget management team, gaining exposure to end-to-end budget processes, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a vital role in managing product portfolios, tracking financial performance, and providing critical insights that drive business decisions.
What You’ll Do
Financial Management & Reporting

You’ll provide regular performance updates to the senior budget manager, focusing on profit margins, expense tracking, and income analysis for each product in your portfolio.
Budget Tracking & Analysis
Your role will involve maintaining and updating comprehensive portfolio reports, including cost per acquisition metrics across various channels and profit per member calculations. You’ll track and manage all expense accruals while ensuring budget formulas are correctly and consistently applied across all portfolio budgets.
Invoice & Expense Management
You’ll oversee invoice management processes, including Coupa uploads and receipting procedures, ensuring all financial documentation is accurately processed and recorded.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Working closely with brand managers, you’ll analyze product sales targets versus actual performance, identifying variances and highlighting areas of concern such as cancellation rates, product expense ratios, and promotional spending against return on investment. You’ll develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including the VAS finance team, telemarketing management, and stores channel managers.
Strategic Reporting
You’ll prepare weekly reports for the senior budget manager on all product budget-related matters and conduct variance reporting on income and expenses at regular intervals, including weekly profit and loss views.
