The Opportunity
The Amandelbult Complex is inviting applications for our Work Exposure Programme, specifically designed to provide aspiring Electrical Engineering professionals with the practical experience required to complete their qualifications and launch successful careers in the mining industry.
This 12-month programme offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, world-class mining environment where you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining the P1/P2 experiential learning hours necessary for graduation. You’ll be exposed to real-world challenges, cutting-edge technology, and the operational realities of one of the world’s leading PGM producers.

Who We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Final year students pursuing a National Diploma (N6, S3, or S4) in Electrical Engineering
- Requiring work exposure/experiential learning (P1/P2) to graduate
- Academic record/transcripts demonstrating satisfactory progress
- A letter from your educational institution confirming the need for work exposure
Preference will be given to:
- Applicants from host communities (Baphalane Ba Mantserre, Bakgatla Ba Kgafela, Baphalane Ba Ramokoka, Thabazimbi & Moses Kotane Municipality)
- Employees’ beneficiaries (financially dependent family members)
- Applicants with disabilities

Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Medical Fitness Test and relevant assessments.
