Available Positions

We are recruiting talented graduates across multiple departments:

LOGISTICS (Position Code: LOG-01) – 1 Position
Gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics operations within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

QUALITY/METROLOGY (Position Code: QUA-01) – 1 Position
Learn quality assurance processes, measurement techniques, and quality control systems essential to automotive manufacturing excellence.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT (CI) (Position Code: CI-01) – 2 Positions
Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, process optimization, and efficiency improvement projects that drive operational excellence.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE) (Position Code: HSE-01) – 1 Position
Develop expertise in workplace safety management, environmental compliance, and occupational health practices.

LAUNCH – PROJECT ENGINEERING (Position Code: LAUNCH-01) – 1 Position
Support new product launches, project coordination, and engineering implementation from concept to production.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (Position Code: IT-01) – 1 Position
Work with industrial IT systems, software applications, and digital technologies supporting manufacturing operations.

MAINTENANCE (Position Code: MAIN-01) – 1 Position
Learn preventive and corrective maintenance practices for sophisticated manufacturing equipment and systems.

PURCHASING (Position Code: PURCH-01) – 2 Positions
Understand procurement processes, supplier management, and strategic sourcing in the automotive supply chain.

PAYROLL/FINANCE (Position Code: FIN-01) – 1 Position
Gain experience in financial operations, payroll processing, and business administration.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must possess relevant degrees or diplomas in their respective fields, including:

• Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Business Administration
• Operations Management
• Information Technology
• Safety certifications (SAMTRAC/SAFEPRAC/NEBOSH/First Aider/SHE Rep)
• BCom Degree (for Finance positions)
