eSTUDY South Africa, in partnership with AECI, is offering an exciting 24-month paid internship programme designed specifically for graduates living with disabilities. This initiative provides a unique opportunity to kick-start a professional career with one of South Africa’s leading businesses, while gaining valuable real-world experience and earning a competitive monthly stipend starting from R17,000, depending on qualifications.

The internship aims to empower individuals by providing structured training, hands-on experience, and professional development within a supportive and inclusive environment. Interns will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and acquire practical skills that will enhance their employability and career growth. The programme will be hosted across multiple locations, including Modderfontein, Woodmead, Chloorkop, Sasolburg, and Umbogintwini, ensuring accessibility for participants in different regions.

A total of 15 placements are available, offering opportunities across several high-demand disciplines. The programme is open to graduates who hold relevant qualifications in the following fields: Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (BSc, Honours, or Masters), Electrical Engineering or Control Systems (BSc, Honours, or Masters), Environmental Science or Engineering (BSc, Honours, or Masters), Chemical Engineering (BSc, Honours, or Masters), Data Science (BSc, Honours, or Masters), as well as IT-related and Marketing qualifications. Applicants should have completed their studies and be eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical work setting.

This opportunity is particularly aimed at graduates living with partial hearing, vision, or physical disabilities, as well as individuals with albinism or those of small stature.
