Your Role and Responsibilities
As our L&D Intern, you’ll play a vital support role within our training function, where you’ll:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for all training activities and maintain accurate data management systems
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions across multiple departments, ensuring seamless delivery
- Track attendance, maintain detailed training records, and manage learner databases
- Prepare, organize, and distribute training materials and resources to facilitate effective learning experiences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to support training initiatives
- Assist with the development and distribution of training surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Support SETA reporting processes and contribute to training evaluation and reporting activities
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure training standards are consistently met
What We’re Looking For
Educational Requirements:
- National Diploma, Degree, or Honours in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field from a recognized public institution
Essential Criteria:
- South African citizen between 18 and 35 years of age
- Current resident of KwaZulu-Natal
- Not currently employed, enrolled in an internship, or participating in a learnership
- Have not previously completed a SETA or Government-funded internship
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
