Job Summary
The Information Technology Administrator is responsible for maintaining and supporting G+D’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures smooth operations by troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts, and assisting with IT projects, security policies, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across wired and wireless connections, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Develop and maintain training materials for employees, ensuring adherence to IT best practices.
- Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and deployments by planning, testing, and implementing IT solutions.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory standards to safeguard company data.
- Provide technical support to users through phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
- Collaborate with IT team members to enhance operational efficiency and implement new technology solutions.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, MCSE (preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2022, Windows 11, and Linux.
- Understanding of VMware, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software applications.
- Ability to configure and set up computer systems, printers, and peripherals.

- Prior experience in technical support or IT administration roles.

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
