Job Overview
We are looking for a Helpdesk & Desktop Support Technician to provide first-line technical support across 13 different sites. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in IT, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets within service-level targets.
- Set up and maintain IT hardware, including assembling/disassembling PCs.
- Install and configure software (Windows, Office packages, etc.).
- Assist in IT asset provisioning for new and existing employees.
- Stay updated on new technology and adapt to company IT systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team on various technical tasks.
Requirements
✔ Matric Certificate
✔ A+ and N+ Certification
✔ Valid Driver’s License & Own Transport
✔ 1-2 Years’ Experience in a Similar Role (Preferred, but Not Required)
✔ Willingness to Work in Shifts (Including Some Weekends)
✔ Strong Problem-Solving & Customer Service Skills
