About the Role
As an IT Infrastructure Intern, you will support our IT team in maintaining, monitoring, and improving the company’s network systems, servers, and hardware. This is a practical, hands-on position ideal for recent graduates or final-year students in Information Technology or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers and network systems
• Support the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware and software
• Monitor system performance and assist in ensuring high availability and uptime
• Participate in regular data backups, system upgrades, and security updates
• Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, best practices, and company standards
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues and enhance infrastructure efficiency

What We Look For

• A completed diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and databases
• Familiarity with operating systems, particularly Windows, and basic networking protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
