About the Role:

As an IT Intern, you will be part of the Helderkruin-based IT Support Team. You will provide first-line technical support to internal users and assist in the maintenance, administration, and improvement of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
• Assist in IT infrastructure management and server/network support tasks.
• Collaborate with IT staff on projects and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain documentation for technical issues and solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, customer service-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional IT environment.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
